Click on the Request Appointment button below and you will be able to access a scheduling tool in order to book your free initial consultation.  All sessions are done via a secure online video portal.

Prior to the initial consultation, you will receive an email with access to the client portal where you will receive my practice documents and you will be asked to fill out information about yourself.  Please complete the documents prior to session.  You will also receive a link prior to the session to access the video session.

At the initial consultation, you will be able to share a little about what's going on for you and what you want help with and I can share about my expertise and how I may be able to support you through your counseling journey.  This is also the time for you to get a feel for my style and personality and see if we will be a good fit for each other.  I believe strongly that finding a good match is crucial to your healing and if I am not a good fit then I will provide you with additional referrals.
